This website
This website does not use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking.
If you send us a message through the contact form or fill in our online surrender request, your answers are sent to us through our website host, Netlify, which stores the submission securely so we can read it. While you fill it in, your answers are also saved in your own browser so you don't lose them; this copy is deleted once the form is sent, and you can clear it at any time with "Start again".
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers and shares your IP address with Google. See Google's privacy policy.
Sharing
We never sell or trade your information. We may share it with veterinary professionals for animal welfare purposes, or with authorities where the law requires. If you contact us through Facebook or Instagram, their own privacy policies also apply.
How long we keep it
We keep information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law.
Your rights
