Animal welfare
We follow UK animal welfare law, including the Animal Welfare Act 2006.
Sales and rehoming
- Reptiles are only sold or rehomed to suitable, knowledgeable owners.
- We may refuse a sale or rehoming if we cannot be confident the animal will receive proper care.
- Buyers and adopters are expected to understand the care needs of the species before collection.
Health
Animals are assessed to the best of our knowledge before they leave us. No long-term health guarantees are given unless agreed in writing.
Advice
Any advice, including the care guides on this website, is given in good faith and does not replace veterinary care. For health concerns, contact an exotic vet.
Liability
We do not accept liability for injury or damage after an animal has been transferred, for misuse of our advice, or for improper care once an animal leaves our possession.
